About the Author
Rebecca Brotherston was raised on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia where she developed a great love and respect for nature. She is one of six children. Her family had a small farm where she spent many of her early days inventing the busy social lives of their chickens, ducks and geese. She currently resides in the Okanagan with her two daughters and their corgi, Rosie.
